French Montana facing $2.3 million lawsuit over dog attack

French Montana is facing another lawsuit over his dog allegedly biting a victim. According to a recent report from Rolling Stone, a landscaper is demanding a $2.3 million default judgment from the rapper-producer after claiming he has not responded to a previous lawsuit.

The incident in question reportedly occurred in 2019, when the landscaper was working at French Montana’s property. The victim claims that the rapper’s dog attacked him, causing “severe” injuries. He also alleges that French Montana has not taken any responsibility for the incident or offered any compensation for his injuries.

The landscaper’s initial lawsuit was filed in May 2020, but he claims that French Montana has not responded to the legal action. As a result, he is now seeking a default judgment of $2.3 million, which includes damages for medical expenses, lost wages, and pain and suffering.

This is not the first time French Montana has been sued over his dogs’ behavior. In 2019, he was sued by a neighbor who claimed that one of his dogs attacked and bit her. The case was eventually settled out of court.

French Montana has not yet responded to the latest lawsuit, and it is unclear if he will contest the default judgment. However, this incident serves as a reminder for pet owners to take responsibility for their animals and ensure that they do not pose a threat to others.
