4. Returns & Refunds

5. Non-Returnable Items
Please note that we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Orders with errors caused by incorrect information provided by the customer
- Quality issues resulting from user-submitted content (low-resolution images, incorrect colors, etc.)
- General dissatisfaction with size, design, or color when accurately produced as ordered
