Music producer Metro Boomin is facing a lawsuit for alleged sexual assault and resulting pregnancy. The lawsuit was filed by Vanessa LeMaistre, who claims that the incident occurred in 2016 at Metro Boomin’s Los Angeles studio.

According to the lawsuit, LeMaistre was invited to the studio by Metro Boomin, whose real name is Leland Wayne, to discuss potential music collaborations. However, the meeting took a disturbing turn when Wayne allegedly forced himself on LeMaistre and raped her.

The lawsuit states that LeMaistre repeatedly told Wayne to stop and tried to push him away, but he continued to assault her. She also claims that Wayne threatened her and said that he would ruin her career if she spoke out about the incident.

LeMaistre became pregnant as a result of the assault and gave birth to a son in 2017. The lawsuit states that Wayne has not acknowledged the child or provided any financial support.

In addition to the physical and emotional trauma, LeMaistre also claims that she has suffered financial losses due to the incident. She says that she was unable to pursue her music career and had to take on multiple jobs to support herself and her child.

Wayne’s lawyer has denied the allegations and stated that they are “completely false and without merit.” He also added that Wayne has never had any sexual contact with LeMaistre.

This is not the first time that Wayne has been accused of sexual assault. In 2018, a woman accused him of sexual battery and emotional distress, but the case was later dropped.

The lawsuit against Wayne comes at a time when the music industry is facing a reckoning with sexual misconduct and abuse. Many artists and producers have been called out for their actions, and it is important for these allegations to be taken seriously and for justice to be served.

LeMaistre’s lawsuit is seeking unspecified damages for the physical and emotional harm she has suffered, as well as child support for her son. It also calls for Wayne to undergo counseling and to be prohibited from contacting LeMaistre or her son.

As the case unfolds, it is important to remember that sexual assault and harassment are never acceptable and should not be tolerated in any industry. We hope that LeMaistre receives the justice and support she deserves.
